  Parish Vision of Ministry

With God’s Grace Saint John's is seeking to be a welcoming community of faith, dedicated to the work of Jesus Christ through reverent worship and daily prayer, providing fellowship, Christian formation, and outreach, that by faithful stewardship we will take the message of Christ into the world through our daily lives.

Core values

Reverent worship of Almighty God, spiritual and theological formation, healing ministry, support of traditional family life and active youth ministry, outreach & mission, and the care of our property.

Parish 'Rule of Life'

We encourage every Christian to construct a "rule of life" to help them order their day better, making deliberate time for God.  As a model of this our parish leadership has constructed a parish "rule of life" that governs our day and aids us in our planning of ministry.  This rule reflects our vision for parish ministry and our core values as a Christian community.  This rule has five components:

1. Celebration of the Holy Eucharist

2. Daily Prayer

3. Regular Study for Spiritual Formation

4. Active Fellowship

5. A Meaningful Commitment of Time, Talent and Treasure.
